I'm cheating, I am freezing everything until this blasted heat resides. Then I will process. Looks devine, I am getting tomaotes from the neighbors as mine were a bust. I have enough for chow-chow with peppers but that's about it. Have a wonderful week.
You have had a good tomato harvest again! Hard work to preserve them, but it must be wonderful to be using your own tomatoes to cook with in the depths of winter.
