When computer stuff goes beyond the very basic I am helpless. J.'s email account on the laptop is refusing to function--some blah-blah about Vista no longer supporting hotmail [?] Our tech man says he hasn't heard that one. I need to "tidy up" J's PC but have felt too unfocused to tackle it.
