Such an exciting time, to be moving into a new home and a new part of the country as spring begins to change the world.Dartford Warblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04352965211143836326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-64718477037457175412010-03-16T13:45:54.509-04:002010-03-16T13:45:54.509-04:00I'm glad the cats are doing better! I'm glad that travelling with Pebbles will force you all to travel at a safer pace, with more frequent stops for stretching...those are good for people, too!

I'm sorry you have to leave those peonies behind...some people wouldn't think twice about taking them, whether the closing had taken place or not. White Flower Farm in Connecticut has beautiful (but expensive) peonies including old fashioned ones. There's a lovely family-owned day lily and peony farm near me called Country Flower Garden (and they love horses and cats, too!) with lovely plants and good prices, whose site you might want to browse through when you again have some leisure time. http://www.cfg6296.com/quiltcathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07957819126177446578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-39311301830698805212010-03-16T11:09:02.586-04:002010-03-16T11:09:02.586-04:00How exciting. I would love to see Pebbles kicking up her heels and prancing around, the way horses do, when they are turned out somewhere new!Kathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04003521059890699861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-46803852349631795912010-03-16T09:33:15.894-04:002010-03-16T09:33:15.894-04:00LOve the post today ...felt I was there with you ....LOve the post today ...felt I was there with you ...not that I would have been much help ...bad back etc ...but I could have played with the cats lol.
I really admire you taking on this move ...and coping with the cats and Pebbles .....3 days on the road OMG ... you will need that chair and a 'cuppa'. And a week from now you will be settling in and finding places for your favorite things, the cats will be finding the best perches for bird watching...it will be lovely and well worth this difficult week.

Happy Birthday! And may I say that your blog is such a joy to me, I never miss checking in, and look forward to your regular appearances once again, from Beautiful Kentucky. Have a nice birthday, a safe trip to your new home, and a wonderful waking up in your new home on that first morning, blessed with bird song and maybe even a rooster crowing from a nearby farm!MTVAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13503109991875159708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-19666230707811271232010-03-16T04:01:58.274-04:002010-03-16T04:01:58.274-04:00I know I am going to get told off by Tam this week...I know I am going to get told off by Tam this week about all my "stuff"!
