My loaf pans are a mid weight and well seasoned. I have several lighter/smaller ones which can be problematic--no mater how well greased they don't want to release the loaf.Morning's Minionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912356455981434029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-39498530293268389372018-01-09T19:44:36.894-05:002018-01-09T19:44:36.894-05:00Yarrow; Each type of flour or combination of grain...Yarrow; Each type of flour or combination of grains used makes some subtle differences in the 'feel' of the bread dough. I haven't baked yeast bread in so long, but there is nothing as wonderful as warm bread with butter straight from the oven. I like that you included all the variations, too. I'll bet your kitchen smelled just heavenly! x KarenKaren @ Beatrice Euphemiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08631972741518142563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314065896417867122.post-64602215922146959722018-01-09T04:34:55.170-05:002018-01-09T04:34:55.170-05:00I must try your recipes and do some hand-raised br...I must try your recipes and do some hand-raised bread again (I cheat these days and use the Panasonic bread maker as it makes a good loaf).
